Ice Cream Recipes

I've been getting requests for ice cream recipes, so here are a few from years past.  For those of you who are not so patiently waiting for my mint chocolate chip ice cream recipe,  you're going to have to wait a little longer.  Something got into the mint on my front porch and we are back to square one while I wait for it to regrow.  Sorry!  Here's the recipe for the rocky road ice cream above.  Or if you're more of a strawberry fan...

Nice! Thanks, i need this since i think Seattle is the worst when it comes to ice cream. I am not kidding, even these new place do not have nice creamy thick ice cream. I used to live in Boston, MA and their ice cream was fantastic. Today i just buy Haagen Daaz for my cravings. These recipes look really good though, i will have to try them out.

I haven't been to either place yet (after all it just got hot in Seattle) but I have readers who swear by and loyally follow both these places.
